HOW TO ENTER
Reserve a table for four (4) or more people to dine at Little Alley
Tapas Bar & Restaurant for June
23, 2007
(hereafter known as "show date") when Flamenco Live will be presented.
Complete and submit official entry form online at http://www.jaleole.com/littlealley/index.htm
(current page). Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be
received by 11:59 PM EST on the Thursday prior to the show date.
Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost,
late, incorrect, incomplete, stolen, garbled, misdirected, undelivered
or delayed entries or for entries not received by specified deadline;
or for printing, distribution, production, human or other errors
relating to or in connection with the Drawing, including, without
limitation, errors in any advertising materials, the administration
of the Drawing, the processing of entries or the announcement of
the prizes.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest open only to Georgia residents age 18 or older. This Contest
is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By entering the
Contest, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless
Sponsor and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion
partners and their respective officers, directors, employees and
agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which
may be due to or arise out of participation in the Contest or any
portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of
prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and
to the decisions of sponsor whose decisions are final and binding
in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility
qualifications of the winners.
PRIZE
Three winners will be selected randomly and will receive a gift
certificate for $25 to be spent on food and/or beverages at Little
Alley Tapas Bar & Restaurant on show date during and after the Flamenco
Live presentation, 8:00 - 10:30 PM. Gift certificates are valid
for use only during Flamenco Live. Limit one gift certificate per
table of diners at Little Alley. Jaleolé and Little Alley Tapas
Bar & Restaurant reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable
or greater value at their sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable.
Cash prizes will not be awarded in lieu of actual prizes. Prize
winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes that
may be associated with the prizes.
NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected by random drawing on the Friday prior to
the show date, from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline.
Winner will be notified at the restaurant on the show date. Winners
must be present at Little Alley Tapas Bar & Restaurant at time of
reservation on the show date to claim prize.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL
By entering, entrants to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations
and that decisions of jaleolé are final and binding on all matters.
Entry constitutes permission for jaleolé and its designees to use
each winner's name, city, and state of residence for advertising,
promotional, and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter
known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation,
notification and permission, except where prohibited by law, and
the winner agrees to confirm such permission in writing promptly
upon request. Jaleolé and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates
and advertising agencies, promotion and production agencies, and
all of the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives
and agents of the forgoing entities (collectively, the "Released
Parties") shall have no liability and shall be held harmless for
any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole
or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession,
use, or misuse of prize or participation in this Drawing. Any and
all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected
with, this Drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration
conducted in Cobb County, Georgia. Any and all claims, judgments,
and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,
including costs associated with entering this Drawing, but in no
event attorney's fees. If, for any reason, the Drawing is not capable
of running as planned, including for reasons of tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, or other causes that corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct
of the Drawing, jaleolé reserves the right at its sole discretion
to cancel, terminate, modify, and/or suspend the Drawing and to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates
these Official Rules and Regulations, or acts in a disruptive manner.
In the event the Drawing is terminated, jaleolé reserves the right
to award prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect
entries received for the applicable Drawing up to time of such action.
